# Outreach Reporting

> See how your BDR agents and outreach emails are performing, and get a branded outreach report from Alva.

Alva gives you three views of your outreach: live figures on the Dashboard, detailed email performance for each BDR agent, and a branded PDF outreach report that Alva builds for you on request — and attaches to your weekly business development report.

## The Outreach tab

Go to **Dashboard** and open the **Outreach** tab for a live view across all your [BDR agents](https://docs.alvahq.com/bdr-agents/overview.md).

### Headline figures

* **Active Agents** — how many BDR agents are running
* **Companies Evaluated** — companies your agents have worked through
* **Emails Sent** — outreach emails sent by your agents
* **Reply Rate** — replies as a share of emails sent, across all agents

### Agent Performance

A table with one row per agent:

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Agent** and **Status** | The agent's name and whether it's running |
| **Evaluated** | Companies the agent has worked through |
| **Converted** | Companies that became leads |
| **Emails** and **Replies** | Emails sent and replies received |
| **Reply %**, **Open %**, **Bounce %** | Engagement rates for the agent's emails |
| **Budget** | How much of the agent's budget has been used |
| **Last Run** | When the agent last worked |

Click **Manage agents** to open your agents.

### Email Intelligence and Email Activity

* **Email Intelligence** counts the **Buying Signals**, **Risk Signals**, **Unanswered Questions**, and **Urgent Emails** Alva has detected in the last 30 days. See [Understanding email analysis](https://docs.alvahq.com/email/understanding-email-analysis.md).
* **Email Activity** shows the last 30 days of **Outreach Emails Sent**, **Replies Received**, **Bounces**, and **Response Rate**.

## Email performance for one agent

Open any BDR agent to see its **Email Performance** card:

* **Open Rate** — shown as **N/A** when open tracking is switched off for the agent
* **Reply Rate**
* **Bounce Rate**
* **OOO** — out-of-office replies

## Outreach report PDF

Ask [Alva](https://docs.alvahq.com/ai-assistant/talking-to-alva.md) for an outreach report and Alva builds a branded PDF from your live figures. For example: "Send me an outreach report for the last 30 days."

The report covers:

* **Email engagement for the period** — 7 or 30 days, or the period you name
* **Every Search Agent** — what each one has found
* **Every BDR agent** — what each one has done, and its budget for this month
* **Mailbox health** — how your sending mailboxes are doing
* **A summary and up to five recommendations** — written by Alva from the figures

Search Agent and BDR agent totals are lifetime figures, while budgets are for the current month; the report labels which is which.

The PDF appears as a card in the chat with **Open** and **Download** buttons. If you ask by email, it's attached to Alva's reply. If you just want the numbers, ask for your outreach figures and Alva answers in chat without making a PDF.

You can ask follow-up questions about a report — "Which agent had the best reply rate in that report?" — and Alva answers from what the PDF says. See [Documents](https://docs.alvahq.com/ai-assistant/documents.md).

## The weekly business development report

When [Alva by Email](https://docs.alvahq.com/ai-assistant/alva-by-email.md) is switched on, Alva sends you a weekly business development report with your headline numbers and up to three recommendations. ## Finding past reports

Every PDF Alva makes for your account, including outreach reports, is listed on the **Documents** page in the sidebar, newest first. From there you can open, download, or go back to the conversation it came from.
