Alva includes a set of standard reports that cover the most common sales metrics. These are ready to use out of the box — no setup needed.

Accessing reports

Go to Reports in the sidebar. You’ll see your saved reports and can create new ones.

Available report types

Pipeline report

Shows the current state of your pipeline:
  • Deals by stage with total values
  • Average deal size per stage
  • Deal count and total value
  • Stage conversion rates

Win/loss report

Analyses your closed deals:
  • Win rate over a selected time period
  • Win/loss breakdown by reason
  • Win/loss by competitor
  • Average deal cycle length for won vs lost deals

Velocity report

Measures how quickly deals move through your pipeline:
  • Average time in each stage
  • Stage-to-stage conversion rates
  • Stalled deals (in the same stage too long)
  • Comparison to previous periods

Methodology adherence

Shows how well your team is following your chosen sales methodology:
  • Average completion percentage across all deals
  • Per-criterion fill rates (e.g. which MEDDPICC fields are most often left empty)
  • Completion by team member
  • Completion by deal stage

Filtering reports

All reports support filters:
  • Date range — focus on a specific period
  • Deal owner — filter to a specific team member
  • Stage — filter by pipeline stage
  • Methodology — filter by MEDDPICC, BANT, or SPICED

Exporting

Click Export CSV on any report to download the data as a spreadsheet. This is useful for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders who don’t have Alva access.
