Dashboard tabs
The dashboard is organised into four tabs, each focused on a different aspect of your business:Overview
The Overview tab is your at-a-glance summary. It includes:- Entity counts — how many companies, contacts, deals, and activities you have
- Pipeline stages — a breakdown of deals by stage with total values
- Deal intelligence — average health score, at-risk deals, and deals needing attention
- Action items — overdue commitments and nudges that need your attention
- Top deals — your highest-value open deals
- High-priority notifications — recent alerts from Alva about risks and changes
- Recent activities — the latest calls, meetings, emails, and notes
Sales
The Sales tab dives deeper into your pipeline performance:- Email engagement — response rates, sentiment trends, and conversation activity
- Email intelligence — buying signals, risk signals, and unanswered questions across all deals
- Methodology adherence — how thoroughly your team is filling in methodology fields (MEDDPICC, BANT, or SPICED)
- AI insights — the most recent AI-generated observations about your pipeline
Discovery
The Discovery tab shows how your prospecting is going:- Discovery summary — total companies found, approved, imported, and pending review
- Profile progress — each active discovery profile with its search progress, geography coverage, and company counts
- Trends — how your discovery pipeline is growing over time
Outreach
The Outreach tab tracks your BDR agent performance:- BDR summary — total agents, emails sent, contacts found, and budget spent
- Agent performance — a per-agent breakdown showing emails sent, response rates, escalations, and current status
- Active campaigns — which agents are running and what they’re working on
