Accessing Analytics
Go to Analytics in the sidebar (under CRM).What you see
The Analytics dashboard shows real-time metrics including:Pipeline health
- Total pipeline value — the sum of all open deal values
- Deals by stage — a visual breakdown of how many deals are in each pipeline stage
- Average deal value — across your pipeline
- Weighted pipeline — total value adjusted by deal probability
Trends
- Pipeline growth — how your total pipeline value is changing over time
- Deal velocity — how quickly deals are moving through stages
- Win rate trend — your close rate over recent periods
AI insights
Alva generates observations about your pipeline that might not be obvious from the numbers alone:- Concentration risks (too many deals in one stage or with one company)
- Velocity changes (deals moving faster or slower than usual)
- Methodology gaps (areas where qualification data is consistently missing)
Relationship to other pages
- Dashboard — the Overview tab on the Dashboard shows a summary of these metrics; the Analytics page goes deeper
- Reports — for custom filtering, exports, and scheduled delivery, use Reports
- Alva chat — you can ask Alva any analytics question conversationally for ad-hoc analysis
