You can share any Alva conversation by generating a shareable link. This is useful for:
  • Sharing a deal analysis with a colleague
  • Sending pipeline insights to a manager
  • Documenting a strategic discussion with Alva

How to share

  1. Open the chat panel with an existing conversation
  2. Click the Share button at the top of the chat panel
  3. A shareable link is generated
  4. Copy the link and send it to whoever needs to see it

Who can see shared conversations

Shared conversations are accessible to anyone in your account who has the link. People outside your account cannot access them — the link requires authentication.

What’s included

The shared view includes the full conversation — your messages and Alva’s responses, including any tool results (like data tables, deal summaries, or analytics). It’s a read-only view; the recipient can’t continue the conversation or modify anything.

Privacy

Shared conversations respect your account’s data isolation. They can only be viewed by authenticated users who belong to the same account. The link itself does not grant access to anyone outside your team.
