Tags let you label and categorise companies in your CRM. Use them to mark sources, industries, priorities, or any other grouping that helps you organise your pipeline.

Managing tags

Go to Settings → Tags to create and manage your tags. Each tag has:
  • Name — a short label (e.g. “Enterprise”, “Inbound Lead”, “Trade Show 2026”)
  • Colour — a colour for visual identification

Creating tags

Click Add Tag, enter a name and choose a colour. Tags are available immediately across the platform. You can also create tags on the fly during CSV import — if you need a new tag while importing, you can create it inline without leaving the wizard.

Applying tags to companies

Tags are applied to companies from:
  • The company detail page
  • The CSV import wizard (applied to all imported records in a batch)
A company can have multiple tags.

Filtering by tags

On the Companies page, you can filter the list by tag to quickly find companies with a specific label.
Set up your tags before you start adding companies and contacts — it’s much easier to apply them consistently from the start than to go back and tag everything later.
