Tags let you label and categorise companies in your CRM. Use them to mark sources, industries, priorities, or any other grouping that helps you organise your pipeline.
Go to Settings → Tags to create and manage your tags.
Each tag has:
- Name — a short label (e.g. “Enterprise”, “Inbound Lead”, “Trade Show 2026”)
- Colour — a colour for visual identification
Click Add Tag, enter a name and choose a colour. Tags are available immediately across the platform.
You can also create tags on the fly during CSV import — if you need a new tag while importing, you can create it inline without leaving the wizard.
Tags are applied to companies from:
- The company detail page
- The CSV import wizard (applied to all imported records in a batch)
A company can have multiple tags.
On the Companies page, you can filter the list by tag to quickly find companies with a specific label.
Set up your tags before you start adding companies and contacts — it’s much easier to apply them consistently from the start than to go back and tag everything later.
