Alva can read, create, update, and analyse your CRM data across every area of the platform. Here’s a full breakdown of everything Alva can do, organised by category.
Query and search
Alva can find and display data across your entire CRM:

Growth ideas
For C-suite users and founders, Alva generates growth ideas by analysing your business context, strategy documents, pipeline data, and market position. These are shared naturally in conversation — Alva will mention it has ideas when you start a chat.
Background health scoring
Alva continuously analyses every deal and updates health scores automatically. You never need to ask — the scores are always current on deal cards and detail pages.
Risk notifications
When Alva detects a risk in your pipeline (a deal going dark, a health score dropping, a prospect going quiet), it sends a notification to your notification centre.
Capability gap tracking
If you ask Alva to do something it can’t yet do, it logs that as a capability gap. This helps the product team understand what features to build next. You don’t need to do anything — it happens automatically.
