The Lead Sheet is where discovered companies become real sales opportunities. It shows every company at the Lead lifecycle stage, prioritised by urgency so you know exactly what to act on first.

Accessing the Lead Sheet

Go to Discovery → Lead Sheet in the sidebar.

How companies get here

Companies appear on the Lead Sheet when they reach Lead stage, which happens when:
  • A team member manually moves them to Lead from Discovery Companies
  • A BDR agent’s outreach results in engagement and the company is promoted

The stats overview

At the top, you’ll see five key metrics:
MetricWhat it means
TotalTotal companies at Lead stage
Action requiredCompanies needing your immediate attention
Drafts to reviewEmail replies drafted by a BDR agent, waiting for your approval
EscalatedCompanies flagged by an agent for human review
Awaiting replyCompanies where outreach was sent but no response yet

Priority alerts

Each lead is assigned a priority based on its current state:
  • Action required — something needs your attention now (a draft to review, an escalation to handle)
  • Awaiting reply — outreach sent, waiting for the prospect to respond
  • Dormant — no recent activity, may need re-engagement
Leads requiring action appear at the top of the list.

Handling drafts

When a BDR agent receives a response from a prospect and has the Draft Reply tool enabled, it writes a suggested response for your review. These appear under “Drafts to review”:
  • Approve and send — send the draft as written
  • Edit and send — modify the draft before sending
  • Discard — reject the draft and handle it yourself

Handling escalations

When an agent escalates a company, you’ll see the reason — perhaps the prospect asked a complex question, or the situation needs human judgement. Review the context and decide how to proceed.

Taking leads further

From the Lead Sheet, your next steps might be:
  • Reply directly from your email
  • Create a deal in the CRM for the company
  • Assign to a team member for follow-up
  • Import into CRM if not already imported
Check the Lead Sheet daily. Drafts and escalations are time-sensitive — the faster you respond, the better your conversion rate from lead to deal.
