You can schedule any report — standard or custom — to be delivered to your inbox automatically. This is useful for weekly pipeline reviews, monthly win/loss summaries, or any report you check regularly.

Setting up a schedule

  1. Open the report you want to schedule
  2. Click Schedule Delivery
  3. Configure the schedule:
SettingOptions
FrequencyDaily, weekly, or monthly
Day of weekFor weekly reports — which day to send
Day of monthFor monthly reports — which date to send
RecipientsOne or more email addresses
  1. Save the schedule

What gets delivered

The scheduled email contains:
  • A summary of the report’s key metrics
  • The full report data, either inline or as a CSV attachment
  • A link to view the report in Alva with the latest data

Managing schedules

Go to Reports and look for the schedule icon next to any report that has delivery configured. Click it to edit the frequency, recipients, or to disable the schedule.

Who can set up schedules

Any user can schedule reports for their own inbox. Admins and managers can add other team members as recipients.
A weekly pipeline report delivered every Monday morning is a great way to start the week with a clear picture of your business — without having to remember to check.
