Multi-currency support
Alva supports billing in three currencies:- USD — US Dollars
- GBP — British Pounds
- EUR — Euros
Changing your plan
Go to Settings → Billing and click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect immediately:- Upgrading — you get the new plan’s features and credit allocation straight away. You’re charged the pro-rated difference.
- Downgrading — the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Customer portal
Click Manage Subscription in billing settings to open the customer portal where you can:- Update your payment method
- View invoices and payment history
- Cancel your subscription
