Multi-currency support

Alva supports billing in three currencies:
  • USD — US Dollars
  • GBP — British Pounds
  • EUR — Euros
Your billing currency is set during signup and determines how prices and credits are displayed throughout the app.

Changing your plan

Go to Settings → Billing and click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect immediately:
  • Upgrading — you get the new plan’s features and credit allocation straight away. You’re charged the pro-rated difference.
  • Downgrading — the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Customer portal

Click Manage Subscription in billing settings to open the customer portal where you can:
  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Cancel your subscription
